Energy

Energy is the capacity or ability to do work, produce change, or cause movement. It can exist in various forms, including kinetic (the energy of motion), potential (stored energy based on position), thermal (related to temperature), chemical (stored in molecular bonds), electrical (resulting from the flow of electric charge), and nuclear (associated with atomic nuclei). Energy can be transformed from one form to another but cannot be created or destroyed, as stated in the law of conservation of energy. It plays a critical role in physical processes and is a fundamental concept in physics and various scientific disciplines. Energy is measured in units such as joules, calories, and kilowatt-hours, depending on the context of its application.
